在顺境时，你表现得神采奕奕，眉飞色舞，或者关爱别人关爱自己等等行为，都不是那么令人佩服；当面临失意挫折，未定惊慌的情形，你依然真心相见，坦诚相待，那一份从容自信笃定的姿态，才让我从心里感动。没有人永远在顺境，永远在巅峰和舞台中央，当周围奉承的众生淡去时，你发现留在心底里的踏实平和是那么简单的东西：健康，家庭，爱情，朋友，小狗！

不知道本篇是否是写给王智先生的？请生活教练自己判断吧。最近不是什么美好的时光，令人依赖的性感女友们旅游的旅游去了，杳无音讯，家里有事的自己忙于处理，自己也在忙乱中如幽灵般游离于现实和梦幻之间，所以当王智先生的演讲结束，并且介绍了新书〈〈学会自私再去爱〉〉后，突然有醒过来的感觉，所以当和“心灵对话”主持人，著名心理教练，一个没有结过婚但是天天指导人们如何幸福生活的“搜狐女人频道”的王智面对面时，第一句被问到的就是“有什么问题需要解决吗？”当头一棒！
还是不能依赖别人，宁愿在书海里和心海里寻找答案，宁愿看你的书，也不愿被咨询，我还是倔强的这样想。但是忍不住还去回忆人家的理论，有些佩服，专家就是在一行里面深浚剿鳎砺劢岷鲜道缓箧告傅莱雎勇薜娜恕！！?
最近遇到专家多多，让自我感觉还不错的我顿时不知所措，苍白感觉从心中升起，面对一本本作者送给我，而不是书店里买来的书时，倍加珍惜。珍惜知识，珍惜相遇和友谊。

Opportunities and challenges for today's senior working women. Figures manifest that women now play a more important role than ever before, and this trend goes on. Today the organization needs cultivation, care and sustainabe solicitude, which is a more womanlike management style. It's interesting that corporations with more women in leadership often outperform their competitors with less. Women leaders show their advantage in communication ability, both inside and outside of the companies, teamwork cooperation, and sensibility to individualized requirement from the market.
